For the Viral Vaccines department at Janssen we are looking for a scientific writer. The viral vaccine department is currently undertaking the licensure for an Ebola vaccine. The Biomarker lead supports the writing of Clinical immunogenicity data summaries which are pivotal for successful licensure, and scientific manuscripts. To ensure that the tasks of the biomarker lead are delivered on time and in full, we seek support of a scientific writer.
Under the supervision of the Biomarker lead, your main task is to draft summaries of clinical immunogenicity data, draft and review scientific manuscripts and prepare presentations of the data.


Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has a MSc. or preferably PhD in (medical) biology or medicine on a research topic in Immunology. 1-2 years of experience working in an academic or biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment is preferred. You have excellent writing skills in English. Additionally, excellent knowledge and great affinity for immunology, data analysis and writing for diverse reading audiences is important.
