As a Senior Chemical Engineer Qualification you will be responsible for the testing (start up, defining, calibration and validation) of high end Gas Chromatographic application systems. As a senior you will guide and train qualification engineers and also be the vocal point for the department in absance of the manager. You will have the following tasks:

• Guiding/Training qualification engineers
  
• Recognize and solve analytical hardware and software problems of GC applications
  
• Perform functional testing; standard and/or customized, and write technical support documents for finalized instruments
  
• Troubleshoot and repair to the component level as required
  
• Inspect and release products (GC applications) to shipping
  

From a Senior Chemical Engineer Qualification we ask the following:

• HLO degree in the field of analytical chemistry with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  
• Candidates with 3-5 years of experience are also considered but will not start as a senior
  
• Affinity with fine mechanical work and assembly
  
• Knowledge of Gas Chromatographic systems
  
• Advanced/Fluent in English (spoken & written), Dutch is a pré
  
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot
  
• Excellent Mathematical skills
  

• Long term position, which starts with a one year contract directly at the hiring company
• A salary indication ranging from €2400,- to €3500,- gross/month based on fulltime
  
• Fulltime position (40 hours)
  
• Dayshift
